Returns & Refunds

While we're sure you'll love your Black Deer goods, if for some reason you are unhappy then please return your order for a refund.

Details:

1. Items must be unworn and placed into the original packaging along with a copy of the dispatch note.
   
   
2. Please send your parcel via Royal Mail Tracked delivery to the following address:

1. Once the return is received by Black Deer, we will inspect it. If the product is not in perfect condition or has been worn we will unfortunately not be able to issue you with a refund.
   
   
2. Please allow 3-5 working days for us to process your return. If the return passes inspection, the refund will then be issued to the original method of payment. 
   
   
3. Payment can take between 10-14 working days.
   
   
4. Please note shipping is non-refundable.
